How it all works.
Table Session
A Table Session is used for introducing the Alexander Technique. I use my own table and will guide and talk you through the technique as I align your spine. I will adjust your head, neck, arms/shoulders, and legs. Each session is slow and mindful, making sure you have every opportunity to adjust to the technique. I will do most of the work and you just experience it.
Chair Session
A Chair Session is used for a more direct implementation of the technique. In this session, you are practicing the technique through guided instruction. I use my own chair for the technique to give you the most immersive experience possible. Each session is slow, fun, and focused. You will be learning a lot from the chair work and become more familiar with the technique.
Home Practices
This is where you can start using Alexander Technique in your daily activities and movements! This part of the technique is extremely helpful in thinking about how you use your self in daily life. Once you have learned enough of the technique to start to apply it, this stage is where you’ll start to see the benefits. I’ll give you an exercise you can do at home to keep this technique in your daily or weekly routine.
