All of my table work is guided, meaningful, and I always provide food for thought. Clients get to experience the effects of the Technique immediately. Many feel taller and more at ease when they are done. It’s a great way to start a lesson and to realign your body and mind for the day.

Preview Table Sessions.

Table work is generally the first step in learning the Alexander Technique. I will do most of the work here and gently guide you through the Alexander’s principles, thought process, and the technique itself.

Preview a Chair Session.

During a Chair Session, you start to incorporate the technique through a guided sequence of movements and breathing. This is a practical application that you can do and really feel the benefits of the technique.
